See Tea Parties →The Pouring started at a kitchen table, tired, faithful, and in need of something gentle. What began as late night blends for friends became a ritual: boil, steep, breathe, believe again.
Every blend is named like a reminder. Watermelon Bliss for sweetness. My Sunshine for gray days. Soursop for strength. Queen Peach because you still are.
Four signature pours. Steep five to seven minutes, sip slow.
Bring fresh water to a boil. While it heats, breathe in for four, out for six.
One heaping teaspoon per cup. Cover and steep five to seven minutes, no rushing the pour.
Read the devotional, say the affirmation out loud, and sip like you mean it.
A short word to go with your first cup.
You don't have to see the whole path to trust the One who leads you; let faith set the pace and let God order your steps. Start this week with a surrendered heart, knowing His grace is enough for whatever lies ahead.
“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.” (Proverbs 3:5).
You've made it this far by grace, not by having everything figured out; take a breath, release what's weighing you down, and let God renew your strength for the rest of the week.
“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength.” (Isaiah 40:31).
Friend, we made it! Drop the stress, grab your favorite tea, and give God a praise because we made it through another week! 🙌🏽
“This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” (Psalm 118:24).
This month’s reading, pour a cup and sit with it slowly.
“Be still, and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10, KJV).
Stillness is not weakness, and surrender is not defeat. Sometimes, the greatest act of faith is to stop trying to control what only God can handle. You don't have to figure everything out to trust the One who already knows how it ends.
Life may feel uncertain, the answers may be delayed, and the weight may feel heavy, but God has not lost His power or His position. Psalm 46 reminds us that God is our refuge and strength, even when life shakes beneath our feet. So put the kettle on, pour your tea, open your Bible, and make room for God to quiet your heart and renew your strength.
This month, practice the holy pause: one cup of tea, one Scripture, and one honest prayer. Be still, friend; the storm is not greater than your God, and what you cannot control, you can surrender to Him.
A Prayer for the Month: Father, quiet my fears, strengthen my faith, and teach me to trust You even when I cannot see the way forward. Let Your presence be my peace, Your Word be my anchor, and my faith be stronger than my fear. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Fourteen small batch herbal teas, made to pour back into you.
The Pouring began when Kenyetta started blending teas for friends who were running on empty, new moms, caregivers, women holding everybody else together. The kettle became a meeting place. The steam became a signal: pause here.
Today each blend is mixed in small batches, tasted at the table, and named for the woman it’s meant to remind: you are still soft, still strong, still worthy of your own pour.
Boil. Steep. Breathe. Believe. That’s the whole theology.
